A very interesting juxtaposition of different design vocabularies.  Here is an Indian rug from approximately 1930 that combines the Turkish Oushak design in the field, with border design elements from the Caucuses as well as older Indian rugs.  The color combination, which includes a mint/sea foam green field and a shade of pinky red popular in European Art Deco rugs.
